These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and s92bet ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the website accessible at https://s92bet.cam/ ("the Site"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, features and content made available through the s92bet platform, including sports betting markets, live casino, slots, table games and any other gaming or wagering products offered.

By registering an account, accessing the Site, depositing funds, placing a wager or making use of any feature of the s92bet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the s92bet platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of location. Where specific provisions relate to Pakistani users or PKR-denominated transactions, this is noted explicitly. The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

Registration and use of the s92bet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the criteria below:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you or by the operator's licensing conditions. Age verification (KYC) is mandatory and may be required at any point during your use of the platform.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not under guardianship or subject to a court order that restricts your ability to enter contracts.
• Jurisdiction: You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of s92bet is lawful in your location.
• Single account: You do not hold and will not create more than one Account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Own funds: All funds deposited into your Account are your own legally obtained funds. You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.
• Not a self-excluded person: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this or any other platform where such exclusion extends to s92bet.
• Not a company employee or associate: You are not employed by s92bet or by any company providing services to s92bet in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest in relation to betting on the platform.

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process on the s92bet platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registered information and to notify s92bet promptly if any details change.

The following applies to your Account and its security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party. s92bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain confidentiality.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
• s92bet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if any suspicious activity is detected on your Account.
• Pakistani users will typically be asked to provide a copy of their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport as part of the KYC process.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

s92bet processes deposits and withdrawals in accordance with its cashier policies, which are subject to change. The following general conditions apply:

• Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal amounts: These are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Amounts expressed in PKR are indicative; confirm current limits before transacting.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. s92bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
• Processing times: Withdrawal processing windows vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. s92bet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated, but delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside the Company's control.
• Payment method context: Payment options familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as educational context. Actual available methods are confirmed in the cashier. None of these providers endorse or support s92bet.
• Same-method withdrawal rule: Where technically possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. s92bet may require this as an anti-money laundering control.
• Fees: s92bet does not charge internal fees on standard withdrawals, but third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such charges.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no activity (login or transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied in accordance with the dormant account policy. You will be notified before any deduction is made.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the s92bet platform:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by s92bet. The Company reserves the right to refuse, restrict or cancel any wager at its discretion, including where the Company suspects system error, abuse or market manipulation.
• Odds: Odds are presented in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Palpable errors: s92bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error or data feed issue ("palpable error"). Bets voided under this provision will have stakes returned.
• In-play markets: Live betting markets are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is accepted during live play, it is binding. Market suspensions may occur without notice during key events (wickets, goals, injuries).
• Cricket and PSL markets: s92bet offers cricket markets including Pakistan domestic and international fixtures. s92bet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team. Sports references are for market context only.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per day and per market type are defined in the platform's sports rules, accessible within your account. Winnings exceeding these limits may be capped at the applicable maximum.
• Game rules: Individual casino games, slots and table games are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules, the game rules shall apply to that game.

s92bet may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other incentive programmes from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit are stated in each promotion's terms. Always read promotion terms in full before opting in.
• One account, one bonus: Each promotion is available once per eligible player, household, IP address and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and may result in Account closure.
• Maximum bet restriction during bonus play: While bonus funds are active, maximum bet amounts may be restricted. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum with active bonus funds may result in winnings being voided.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute a lower percentage). Check the promotion terms for the applicable contribution table.
• Withdrawal before completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements, the remaining bonus funds (and associated winnings) may be forfeited.
• Right to modify or withdraw: s92bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is modified after you have already opted in, the original terms at the time of opt-in will continue to apply.

You must not engage in any conduct that the Company determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be abusive, fraudulent or harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other users. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

1. Opening or operating more than one Account;
2. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC or any communication with s92bet;
3. Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular player use;
4. Exploiting software errors, bugs or loopholes in games, betting markets or payment systems;
5. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or collaborating with others to manipulate bonus outcomes;
6. Match-fixing, insider betting or any form of wagering based on insider information not publicly available at the time of the bet;
7. Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage;
8. Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any unlawful source;
9. Facilitating access to the platform by any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3, including minors;
10. Engaging in conduct that harasses, threatens or abuses s92bet staff, support agents or other users.

Where s92bet determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant Account, void any bets or winnings affected by the conduct, retain any funds under investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.

s92bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core platform value, not a regulatory checkbox. All registered users have access to the following tools within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. These help prevent sessions from escalating beyond your intended budget.
• Session time limits: Define maximum session durations to avoid extended unplanned gambling sessions.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and the net amount wagered.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will be prevented from logging in, depositing or placing bets. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is prohibited.
• Account cooling-off: Take a shorter break from the platform (e.g., 24 hours to 30 days) without committing to full self-exclusion.

s92bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• The Account holder does not or no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• Regulatory, legal or licensing obligations require the restriction or closure of the Account;
• The Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder or a responsible third party with legal standing;
• The Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) or more months.

You may also request to close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon closure of an Account for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless otherwise specified.

All content on the s92bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, text, images, software code, data feeds, odds algorithms and game assets — is owned by or licensed to s92bet and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from s92bet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s92bet excludes all liability for:

1. Any loss of profits, revenues, data or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect;
2. Losses arising from your reliance on information presented on the platform, including odds, statistics, educational content or market data;
3. Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control;
4. Losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
5. Any losses resulting from the suspension or closure of your Account in accordance with these Terms;
6. Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use. Gambling involves financial risk and all decisions to wager are made voluntarily by the user.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with s92bet's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices include: identity verification data collected for KYC/AML purposes; transaction records maintained for regulatory compliance; usage and session data used for platform improvement and responsible gambling monitoring; and communication preferences managed via your account settings. s92bet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s92bet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

For users accessing the platform from Pakistan: nothing in these Terms overrides applicable Pakistani law, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local legal requirements. This clause does not constitute legal advice and you should seek independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about your obligations under Pakistani law.

s92bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, s92bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email, on-platform notification or a prominent notice on the Site. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request Account closure.
